Gem\u00fcse putzen, in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden, Aubergine entbittern, Pfefferschoten und Zwiebeln ganz lassen, Knoblauch ungesch\u00e4lt, alles ebenfalls aufs Blech und bei ca. 180\u00b0-200\u00b0 80-100 min backen. Die gesch\u00e4lten und gebackenen Knoblauchzehen im Joghurt p\u00fcrieren, Frischk\u00e4se reinr\u00fchren, w\u00fcrzen und Schnittlauchr\u00f6llchen rein; wenn\u2018s zu fl\u00fcssig ist, mit etwas Quark verr\u00fchren.
