Spargel und Schinken im Apfelsinensaft anbraten, die Bohnen dazugeben und kr\u00e4ftig durchbraten. B\u00e4rlauch, Feta und Frischk\u00e4se unterr\u00fchren, w\u00fcrzen, mit den Peperoni gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf die Tortillas verteilen und diese locker einrollen.
