B\u00e4rlauchbl\u00e4tter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Salzpfeffer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">200 g magerer, kr\u00e4ftiger Ziegenhartk\u00e4se<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Spargel putzen und panieren (d. h. nacheinander in Mehl, verquirltem Ei und Br\u00f6seln w\u00e4lzen) und auf ein Bachblech legen. Bei 180\u00b0 ca. 45 min im Backofen backen. W\u00e4hrenddessen Joghurt, Frischk\u00e4se, saure Sahne und feinstreifig geschnittenen B\u00e4rlauch mit Salzpfeffer verf\u00fchren, nach Wunsch wenig Paprika edels\u00fc\u00df dazugeben und mit dem geriebenen Hartk\u00e4se zum Spargel servieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Bei Bedarf kann ger\u00e4ucherter Schinken dazu angeboten werden, ebenso gebackene milde oder scharfe Peperoni.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2013 Pankreasdi\u00e4t \u2013 4 Pfd.
