Spargel putzen und in Abschnitte teilen \u2013 nach Dicke sortieren, K\u00f6pfe extra; Knobi in Scheibchen und dann in feine Stifte schneiden, Peperoni in Ringe. Spargel in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l schnell unter wenden braten \u2013 dickste zuerst, raus, neue rein und so bis alle fertig sind; dann die H\u00e4lfte des Fleisches unter Wenden braten, mit etwas Wasser angie\u00dfen, wenden, rausnehmen, mit sehr wenig Sherry Satz loskochen und zum Fleisch\/Gem\u00fcse geben; neues \u00d6l erhitzen, Fleisch braten, zum Schluss Knobi dazu und Peperoni, Br\u00fchpulver, Zucker und 1 EL Sherry; alles dazu, vorsichtig (Spargelk\u00f6pfe!) mischen und kurz unter wenden durchbraten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 \u00bd Pfd.
