Zuckererbsen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zunge in Wasser mit Suppengr\u00fcn und 2 Zwiebeln 3 Std. kochen, im Sud erkalten lassen. H\u00e4uten und in ca. 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Restliche Zwiebeln p\u00fcrieren, je zwei Zungenscheiben mit Zwiebelp\u00fcree aneinander kleben, zusammen panieren und in 180\u00b0 hei\u00dfem \u00d6l schwimmend ausbacken. Kartoffeln in Butter gar braten (oder kochen), rausnehmen, Zuckererbsen rein, anbraten, Petersilie dazu und ca. 5 min mit Deckel sanft garen. Zu den Kartoffeln geben. Tomatensauce kann dazu oder f\u00fcr diejenigen, denen die Kalorien nicht reichen, eine frisch geschlagene Mayonnaise.
