Dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zunge in kochendes Salzwasser geben, Porree. M\u00f6hre, Zwiebel, Petersilie dazu und ca. 2 \u00bd Std. kochen. In der Br\u00fche erkalten lassen, Gem\u00fcse entfernen, Zunge h\u00e4uten. Ca. 1 L Br\u00fche mit in St\u00fccke geschnittenem Sellerie aufkochen und auf die H\u00e4lfte reduzieren. Sellerie (eventuell mit etwas Br\u00fche) p\u00fcrieren, w\u00fcrzen, 1 EL Kapern und gehackten Dill unterziehen. Zunge in Scheiben schneiden, diese in Saft leicht anbraten, mit einem Schuss Essig abl\u00f6schen, mit reduzierter Br\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen und Kastanien drin p\u00fcrieren.
