W\u00e4hrenddessen Pfifferlinge in der H\u00e4lfte der erhitzten Br\u00fche einweichen, Wurzelgem\u00fcse fein w\u00fcrfeln, Tomaten in ihrem Saft zerdr\u00fccken, Thymianbl\u00e4ttchen vom Stiel streifen, Salbei mit Knoblauch fein hacken.
